If you’ve read my home page you know that I’m always open and honest with my customers and to do that I’d like to explain how my electrical services work. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m flexible and if you want to do things differently that’s okay I’ll work to your requirements. You’re the customer, we do things your way. 1. You call or email me and we discuss what electrical work is required and we make an appointment for me to visit your home,  see exactly what’s involved and provide a free quote.
2. On the agreed appointment date and time I will meet you at your home to discuss the electrical work you have in mind. If you know exactly what you want that’s great but if you don’t, that’s okay too, I’ll come prepared and we can go through all the different options. I’ll make notes of all the details to help me create a quote. You may not be able to decide on all the options at this appointment and that’s okay as I may need to get you more information or other options.
3. I’ll go away get you more information or options if required and revisit if necessary.
4. When you are happy with the scope of the electrical work, I’ll send you a quote and if you’re happy with it and I know you will, we’ll agree a start date.
5. On the agreed start date I will arrive on time and do exactly what we agreed to a high standard. I am very proud of my electrical work so I know you won’t be disappointed.
6. When the job is done to my usual high standards and you are 100% satisfied, you arrange payment.
